What we do with your information

Short version: we use it to reply to you, and nothing else.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form — your name, phone number, and optionally your email, business name and message.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you about your enquiry. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

As long as we are in conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Payments

If you become a client, payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's systems and are never stored by us — we can see only the last four digits and the card brand, so we can tell one payment method from another. Stripe processes that information as a payment provider under its own privacy policy.

Analytics

This site does not run advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, this page changes first.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ask through the enquiry form and a person will answer. We are based in the Netherlands and handle these requests under the GDPR.
